Payouts are in USD and processed monthly via PayPal if your balance is over $100.
As we reserve 30 days for potential refunds, we only pay commissions that are older than 30 days.
There are some limitations to sharing your affiliate link. We have listed them below:

- Do not share your link on the WordPress Repository or Shopify App store in any way (review or topic)
- Do not use your link to upgrade sites
If we discover any violation of our rules, we reserve the right to permanently terminate your affiliate account and refuse any referrals.
If you are interested in setting up a larger campaign and have a proven platform to share your content, you can negotiate custom affiliate terms such as a higher commission percentage.

If you are certain someone upgraded after clicking your link and no conversion was registered then something went wrong in the backend
- The user was referred by someone else earlier (clicked other link earlier)
- The user did not create an account with the same browser or device
- The user created an account but created a new one before upgrading
- The user already had an account
- The referral was not attached correctly to the account
